Disconnecting this app
Access can be revoked at any time from within QuickBooks Online. Revoking immediately invalidates the app's tokens, and it will no longer be able to read or write any data.
To disconnect
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an administrator.
- Open Settings (the gear icon) → Apps.
- Select the My Apps tab and find this integration.
- Choose Disconnect and confirm.
What happens to your data
The app keeps no separate copy of QuickBooks data, so there is nothing to delete on disconnection. The authoritative records remain in QuickBooks Online, unaffected. Stored credentials on the local machine become useless once revoked and are deleted. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
